Give us some more details man. What’d you compare it with? What’d you learn? Would I want a 2007 Corolla and why?
…I’m still in the market. Just hoping to get a bit of your car-buying wisdom on the way.

Christer-
I bought the Corolla because the reputation that Toyota has with their vehicles. I had a 1991 Corolla for almost 10 years before purchasing this one, and I hardly had any problems with it.
Toyotas are just built well. And with gas prices these days, I need a fuel effecient car as well. The new Corolla gets 38 mpg in the city and 41 on the highway.
The 2007 year was just a bonus. I was perfectly happy getting a 2006 or older, they just didn’t have any in stock, or any that we really liked.
Initally, I was looking at the Yaris, but, it was a little small. I am 6′3″, and sitting it the car, I felt a little cramped. The Corolla is an upgrade from the Yaris. It drives better, has a little more power, few more features and all around a better car.
I always kept my eye on the Toyotas though, and every car I get from here on out will be a Toyota.

Nice looking car! Just don’t take it around the corner of 300 W and 4700 S at 15 mph in the snow.

Haha! Thanks man! I’ll keep that in mind. I don’t think I could forget when that happened.
