If $reason is "a long reason", Myrtty's alias won't work because $1 is only the first word, i.e. "a" in my example. This alias takes long reasons:

/alias CSREMOVE msg chanserv op $C $N;/wait 50;/quote remove $C $0 :$1-;/msg chanserv op $C -$N

Indeed, it's an operator function, that freenode has. Irssi doesn't acknowledge its existance, therefore you have to pass it to the server with /quote. Basically it's a kick without the kick, network is requested to part the person:

[11:00] pag [n=pavel@unaffiliated/pag] has left #ubuntu-fi-tiimit [requested by Myrtti: "heihei"]

Many #ubuntu-channels suggest using remove instead of kick.

Just as an addition, I made an alias to serve the purpose.

/alias CSREMOVE msg chanserv op $C $N;/wait 50;/quote remove $C $0 $1;/msg chanserv op $C -$N

usage: /CSREMOVE #ubuntu $nick $reason

@Mytti- There is no 'remove' function for ChanServ on Freenode for the average user. If this is an operator function, then I am unaware of it.
