For the QR Code, it’s the Super Cool QRCode plugin found here: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/super-cool-qrcode/. In his “super-cool-qrcode.php’ script, I changed the URL from “get_permalink()” to “wp_get_shortlink()”, which is a builtin WordPress function. I did this to minimize the metadata in the QR Code. I also used “wp_get_shortlink()” in my theme template.
