System Design

I’m not the most creative person in the world, but probably one of the strongest critics. Anyway, I was looking for a way to hook up my PDA to my laptop, when I came across this window. Click on the screenshot below for a larger picture:

Now, tell me what is wrong with that picture right there? If you aren’t familiar, Pocket PCs don’t exactly look like Palm PDAs. Why use the same Palm PDA picture for both Palm and Pocket PC? Did I miss something here? Okay. Just checking.

You’re right, and it comes down to “they haven’t gotten around to it” or perhaps they haven’t thought of it. Even if you’re not the most creative person in the world, it doesn’t take too much creativity to take a picture of a Pocket PC device with a digital camera, and make it into an icon (or find someone who can) and contribute it to the community. This is how our community thrives.
