There's been some stagnation lately with the project. I think we've all gotten used to the number of teams in the United States, and just became satisfied with the current condition of things. Well, things are about to turn around with the project. We're going to reach new heights that we haven't met before, however, it's going to take bringing some heads together to make it possible. As such, I've called a meeting in #ubuntu-us for all Ubuntu users in the United States. This is a meeting to jump start the project for 2009, and get LoCo teams in the states in a stable operation.
The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 13, 2008 at 23:00 UTC in #ubuntu-us on irc.freenode.net, and is open to all Ubuntu users in the United States to talk about the conditions of their state team, and what we can do to improve things.
See you there!
